Learning Opportunities

Member Sponsorship

The purpose of the RTNA is to strengthen the application of research to health policies and practices by undertaking activities that will:

  • develop skills and knowledge;
  • foster collaboration;
  • support opportunities for the exchange of knowledge and expertise; and
  • broaden the community of interest in Alberta.

One of the ways we do this is to select and support RTNA members to attend research transfer workshops and conferences in Alberta and other provinces.

Five sponsorships are currently available to attend the Improving Health Care and Health Systems with Knowledge Translation (KT 10) Conference in Halifax, Nova Scotia from June 7-9, 2010. Application deadline: March 19, 2010.
