  • Twitter, Second Life, Rabble TV, podcasting, webcasting, wikis, Web 2.0 - do these terms mean anything to you? They are the newest social media tools that can help support knowledge management and knowledge exchange. Wayne MacPhail, president of w8nc, will take you through the exciting world of emerging technology and explore the possibilities for improving knowledge transfer.
  • Three panelists, with the help of facilitator Steven Lewis, will explore the how to's of Creating and Sustaining a Knowledge Transfer Organization. The audience will be part of shaping the conversation throughout the session with real-time interactive polling.
