A Message from the CEO ...

Dear Colleagues,
In my last email I invited community responses to the draft Strategic Framework document posted on our website. As of August 31 we have had three email responses to the document. These have been synthesized into a one-page summary that has been posted on our website and which will be submitted to the ad hoc strategic framework external advisory committee for its meeting September 8. The external advisory committee will help us integrate these comments with their input into a submission to our Board of Directors for their meeting on September 16. Once the framework is finalized the program design portion will begin with community input. I will continue to update you with emails.
I’d like to invite you to join me for two "sandwich and discussion" sessions in September. As in the previous sessions, I’m open to any and all questions about the ongoing development of Alberta Innovates – Health Solutions. Although about 20 people makes for the best discussion at a session, because several people were on a waiting list for the August sessions we’re going to try larger venues for the September ones. As with previous sessions, it’s first-come, first-served:
